		<description>First of all, I like Dave Lieberman, he&#039;s a talented young chef, but...BUT poached shrimps gazpacho is NOT, in any way or form, a traditional Spanish dish. I&#039;m from Spain and the thought of putting shrimps in gazpacho makes me feel sick. The combination of a heavy tomato based cocktail sauce and shrimps is something very American, we like our shrimps with mayonnaise sauce or salsa rosa. And Sangria is never made with white wine, that&#039;s for tourists. 

Anyhoo...nice of him to promote Spanish olive oil, heck! most imported Italians olive oils are Italian bottled of Spanish grown olive oil.</description>
