I have been want to grow it for over 15 years. If I were younger I have a spot where I could grow it like it is in Japan. But alas I had a stroke so I cant. Just a small crop for not. I have 7 seedlings going now. Looking forward to see how they do.
I love wasbi and horseradish. I can eat them straight and love the flavor.
