but more than any tired-old-boring-so-called-easy recipes (which most of the times are really just as easy as rocket science for those with IQ as high as -200, duh!)…

i wanna crack myself up. rolling on the floor. kicking my feet up in the air. tears rolling down my face. peeing my pants LAUGHING.

so far u’ve successfully made my boss throwing me i’m-so-gonna-deduct-tis-off-your-salary looks every time i banged my head on my desk laughing. but it’s totally worth it.

you are the dave barry of food blogging.

so, pls. carry on.

I’m sure the cookbook is going to be fabulous. And I can just see you hauling your wok and a crate of food around to bookstores so you can do cooking demos during book signings! 😉

I’ll keep an eye out for it on the shelves when it comes out! My only recommendation is to be detailed if you’re describing specialty ingredients (such as the kind that might be picked up in an Asian grocery store). My current Korean and Thai cookbooks always leave me hunting around Asian food stores for the proper pastes/powders/flakes, which all have labels I can’t read, and I’m never quite sure what I’m asking the store personnel for.

How… Steamy! I’ll buy one for each of my friends. And if you have a book signing in Atlanta, I’ll bring everyone I know. Congrats and Happy New Year!

It’ll be fantastic to see an Asian cookbook by an Asian person! I think any of the recipes you’ve posted will be fantastic! Are you doing the photos too? You should!
