Hot off the presses! Steamy Kitchen Healthy Asian Favorites

The book! It’s here! Well, one of the very first copies that was rush-shipped to the publisher for us to look at. After nearly 2 years of working on Steamy Kitchen Healthy Asian Favorites, I’m so thrilled to give you a sneak peek at the book.

I wrote this book to highlight how amazingly light and healthy Asian food can naturally be. There are no fake sugars and no funny food swaps……just real recipes that feature the best of lighter Asian dishes.

The book hits the shelves February 5, 2013 – everywhere books are sold and also online as well.   6. Oh where do I begin?! So excited to try that homemade sriracha…the storebought kind has a bunch of junk in it that I don’t like! Also I am really excited for the Korean recipes. My mom is from Korea so I grew up eating a ton of kimchi and other Korean recipes!!! Can’t wait to share your book on Fifteen Spatulas!

    • and OMG Mapo Tofu!!! I used to eat that in college too. My husband and I would invite his fraternity brothers over and cook it together!

    I got your book and have already tried several recipes. Being in a remote city in U.S., I’ve practically given up cooking dishes from my native country. The ingredients available are so different. But your book has inspired me to cook more Asian food, to once again embrace the delicious and healthy dishes of Asia. Thank you!
