Ok probably not possible, but still…Yummyummyummy. I didn’t put red pepper in mine, instead I julienned some cucumber. (it’s what I had around) But the lemongrass shrimp definitely puts these in a different category than what I usually get at a typical Vietnamese joint! So where is this julienne peeler you’ve talked about? Because I gave up on my mandolin doing a decent job and hand-julienned everything. Boo. Anyway, I will definitely have to make these again!
