Freshy caught fish just tastes so much better than fish that isn’t…well, so fresh! I hated fish until I went fishing with my grandfather and we barbecued the fish on the beach.

Mmm… The fish look great (and so do the cocktails @ Diane’s site). Hope you’re having an excellent time! I can’t help but be jealous when it’s completely blizzarding where I am right now.

(On a pedantic note, I looked up the gorgeous fish on the main page on Wiki, and found it’s a mahimahi. So, shouldn’t the note be- caught 1 80 lb mahi^2 and 2 45 lb wahoos? Or at least that’s what it looks like from the pictures)
