OMG this is GREAT STUFF! Go to a local restaurant salad bar and use their beets (often shredded!)... and the blue cheese dressing in restaurants is often amazing! another one I like is mayo on asparagus out of a room temperature can! Buy the long ones, and you can dip em in the mayo! (NOT Salad Dressing!... REAL mayonaise!) I know I missed the opportunity for the cook book - but I like these two things so much I figured I'd share them with you anyway! Bon appetite! pickled beets and blue cheese dressing! OMG this is GREAT STUFF!
