		<description>I NEED ME A SCALE. On another note I never really thought about the importance of ratios, but as its coming to me now... everything used when cooking has to be in some kind of a ratio... Need to pay more attention to this. Will look into this book.</description>

		<description>This book looks completely awesome.  I guess in some weird way having a somewhat scientific concept of cooking can actually free one from the chains of recipes, measurements, etc. to allow for more creativity.  Totally cool.</description>
