What a beautiful cookbook! These days, cookbooks are almost coffee table books. I love the pictures of ingredients and finished recipes, as well as the added explanations and background info common in today’s cookbooks.

Congratulations!!!!! That is so exciting. The book looks amazing. I’m going to have to get a copy. I’m guessing I’ll need to change out a few ingredients since I can’t eat gluten, dairy or rice. Rice I miss the most. Thank you for sharing that moment with us. You are an inspiration to someone like myself who would love to publish my recipes in a cookbook someday. Again, Congrats!

Congrats, congrats, congrats! The book looks beautiful from the sneak peak. I can only imagine the work that must have gone into making it… sort of like giving birth, I imagine?!?! So now you’ll have to go through all the post-partum feelings: amazement, exhaustion, relief, wonder, joy… and a little bit of unexplainable sadness that the project is finished. Don’t worry, that last one is only fleeting.
