I just saw Julie & Julia and, afterward, checked out this blog post to finally read the review I was avoiding in case it spoiled the movie for me.

But, alas, after all that, there was no movie review! Sigh.

Well, if anyone wants a review, here's mine: http://cookingschoolconfidential.com/?p=599. I'm a culinary school student, so I spotted all the culinary gaffes, of course (and, hey, I talk about the lobster!), and I discuss them in my review.

Hope that helps fill in the blank for those of you expecting a review.

Cheers!

Hi, I never comment on your site although I've been reading it for an entire 2 years. Thank you for a lot of tips and recipes, the steamed fish right now is one of my fav.
I just curious How is the taste of the stew? I hope it has a lot of taste. Cant wait to try the recipe.

What a fun read on the event, felt like I lived vicariously through the post, although would have preferred to be there in person to sample that delicious food.
