A couple more things to do with fermented bean curd here (the dip is really nice with pork stewed in soy sauce and ginger). Cheers.

The Green Dining Association has been working for since 1990 with hundreds of certified restaurants practicing more sustainable business practices. And they don’t just certify restaurants, they also certify distributors, food manufacturers and products for the food industry. Check out their standards and find restaurants near you: http://www.dinegreen.com. The Green Seal program is good, but don’t discount a program that has been running for 20 years now.

I have made the Real Simple’s Earl Grey cookies, but have substituted matcha powder for the earl grey and very finely grated ginger for the vanilla extract. Very good and you get that funky green color as a bonus. Oh; and I do loves me some buddha pears! :)
