		<description>Great post. I have made the Real Simple&#039;s Earl Grey cookies, but have substituted matcha powder for the earl grey and very finely grated ginger for the vanilla extract. Very good and you get that funky green color as a bonus.  Oh; and I do loves me some buddha pears! :)</description>
