I used fresh Gulf shrimp for this one…seriously good stuff. Next time around I’ll add a bit more heat and less sour cream at the end. My expectation was big strong flavors but this was very friendly and tasty.

this sounds lovely! I too have had more than my fair share of bad experiences with tequila. Now I’m to the point where I can’t hardly attempt to sip the stuff. but you’re right, cooking with it is good! this sounds wonderful!
