		<description>When I was in Cartagena, Colombia, I had a rice dish that was similar to this. Upon coming back I spent years looking for a recipe comparable to it and never could find one. Well, I must say this comes pretty close; I think everyone I made this for went back for thirds; we LOVED it! Thanks for submitting this recipe!</description>
