I am trying to think of what to cook with this. I am thinking pork, but does anyone have any suggestions of a sauce or seasoning rub for the pork that would go well?

I loved this dish. I did it with pineapple juice instead of the chicken stock. Amazing!

The amount of sesame oil called for in this recipe is overpowering. Wasn't the coconut/pineapple taste I was looking for.

When I was in Cartagena, Colombia, I had a rice dish that was similar to this. Upon coming back I spent years looking for a recipe comparable to it and never could find one. Well, I must say this comes pretty close; I think everyone I made this for went back for thirds; we LOVED it! Thanks for submitting this recipe!
