Hi Jaden–I’ve only come upon your site recently (probably around the time everyone started posting about the BlogHer conference), but I really love your authentic but approachable take on Asian cuisine. I really really really wish that those Food Network people would sign you on for a show because you are exactly what that network (and America) needs as far as more Asian exposure for home cooking, coupled with a charismatic personality. You’re great in front of the camera =) Congrats on the new book! I’ll have to go check it out in the bookstore soon!

I just want to say Congratulations on your book!!!! What an amazing accomplishment! Now that I know it is officially out … I’m going to have to browse the Kinokuniya here in BKK to see if they have a copy. Can’t wait to check it out! Also just started checking out Pioneer woman’s site a couple of weeks ago based on a recommend from a friend here in Bangkok — small world! That fried chicken recipe looks amazing!
