		<description>Love the video presentation/tutorial.  Fish in parchment is so delicious.  I have never seen the rectangular fold used here--it looks much easier than the mutilple-fold method I have used.  As a note, I use egg white on the edges before making the final fold.  This helps create an air tight seal.  Thanks for sharing, very nicely done.</description>
