EWW…eyeballs gross. I’m sure that many people eat them. I would prefer not to know…couldn’t finish the video. I am super paranoid eye person. If you said ‘tasty capers bursting with flavor….’

Love the video! Look forward to seeing the show. Although I admit I did avert my eyes when you cut the eyeball from the fish! I wonder if fish eyes are nutritious? Just checked my nutrient analysis program and they only have the head, eyes, cheeks and soft bones together so we may never know!
