    Hi, Jaden.

    First, congratulations on keeping up a great site. I stumbled across it a couple of months ago and now visit every day. BTW, my wife and I are now hooked on your killer shrimp. (I do all of the cooking, because I love it and my wife could burn Kool-Aid.) I made the recipe last week and she’s been asking that I make it again all this week. Also BTW, I added a pinch of saffron to the broth. I found that really worked.

    Second, congratulations on getting published! I had an article published in a national trade magazine a few years ago, so I really understand how it feels to see your own words in print.

    Finally, I would hope the Food Network would be your next destination, but it’s become such a train wreck lately that I wouldn’t wish that on anyone with good taste in food. Sure, there are a few good shows left, but not many. Anthony Bourdain’s recent rants about the network’s decline are very accurate in my opinion.

    Keep up the great work and thanks for your contributions to our table.
