I remember years ago, soon after I first tasted pho and wanted to find out how to make it, I wandered into the Asian grocery, and having no idea what was in pho, I found this *gasp* pho boullion cube and tried to make the broth. I'm sure I don't have to tell you what it tasted like. Anyway, this weekend, years later, I tried this recipe and YUMYUM I was a happy girl!</description>
