I currently teach at two cooking schools:
- The Rolling Pin in Brandon, Florida: Dave West and his staff are just simply amazingly efficient and friendly. The classes are held in their huge studio kitchen (most of the photos on this page are in their kitchen) - which I’ve renamed as my dream kitchen as it has every single gadget and appliance ever made. All the classes are hands-on…meaning you get down and dirty in the kitchen with me. We’ll chop, fry, steam and stir. After creating the dishes, we will have a sit-down dinner + wine featuring our very own creations. All of the classes are limited in the number of participants, usually 15-20. Please call early to reserve your space - almost all of my classes sell out. If you would like to sign up, call each of the cooking schools to register.
