    I saw a TV show that use lime juice instead of vinegar. My sister try once, turn out quite good.

    Thanks for sharing. I’ve been making sushi for quite a while now and it never ceases to amaze me how easy it is! Have you tried using the powdered stuff? It’s pretty awesome..
