Happy Tuesday!

This past weekend, I was busy testing recipes for our new Steamy Kitchen Buddha Bowl meal plan that we will be launching in the next 2 weeks. 

It’s an entire plan on how you can transform your leftovers and use every bit of veggies in your refrigerator in a Buddha Bowl recipe. 

Here was my creation on Sunday:

White jasmine rice
+ 
A handful of cooked, frozen cocktail shrimp that I had in the freezer
+ 
kale and bell peppers that we found in the drawer
+
super easy Orange & Browned Butter Sauce
+

Crunchy sesame sticks

It was so amazing! Even though cocktail shrimp is just boring and bland (that’s why you need the horseradish sauce!) – pairing it with a sauce made from fresh squeezed orange, butter that has been gently browned, and some warm mustard created so much flavor. 

The crunchy sesame sticks (you know, the kind you find in bar snacks) gave fun texture to the meal. 

This recipe will be part of the Buddha Bowl Meal Plan!

3. How To Roast Garlic In The Microwave
