Ok, now my whites are white. I do like this photo. You can see that the beef is glossy with Oyster sauce, there's sauce on the broccoli, but the sauce isn't drowning the dish. The hardest part about photographing saucy dishes is to minimize reflection of the light and to prevent the dish appearing gloopy.
