This was my first test shot, mainly to see if I liked the composition. Chef Erik, corp chef of Club Med filled the baskets with veggies and herbs to give the shot a backdrop. It's not my style (I like clean, uncluttered), but we'll play with it. The knife looks dumb there. Who eats chips, salsa and guac with a knife?
