Scrambled Eggs in the Microwave

Breakfast in one minute sounds like the ultimate way to start your morning. When i'm ready to have a productive morning I love starting with a protein boost, but don't love taking the time to cook. This easy microwave scrambled egg recipe is done in one minute and is so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk non-dairy alternative if needed
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add eggs, milk, and seasonings to a mug.
  • Scramble with a fork (make sure to break the yolk)
  • Microwave high for 20 seconds. Give it a good stir.
  • Microwave in 20 second increments until cooked the eggs are set and cooked through.
