use leftover gravy to make poutine

Poutine with Air Fryer Fries

We love starting with frozen french fries in the air fryer. Use leftover gravy for this recipe, or a package of instant gravy.
Feel free to use any type of cheese - the traditional cheese curds in Poutine may not be for everyone - we just use whatever shredded cheese is in our refrigerator!
Use this Poutine recipe as a base - and customize it with your favorite flavors and toppings.
