Vietnamese Peanut Sauce Recipe

Use this Vietnamese Peanut Sauce as a drizzle on your Buddha Bowls, or as a dipping sauce for Summer Rolls.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons hot water

Instructions
 

  • To use this recipes as dipping sauce, place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  • To use this recipe as a Buddha Bowl sauce or salad dressing, increase the water to 6 tablespoons. Add all ingredients to a mason jar, secure with a lid and shake vigorously until combined.
  • Store extra sauce in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
