Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl add yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, mustard and salt and pepper and whisk until smooth and well combined.
  • Whisk your olive oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly until smooth.
  • Whisk in chopped tarragon and taste for salt and pepper and adjust if needed.
