Ingredients
  

  • ½ lemon peeled and sliced
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 inch fresh turmeric or 1 tbsp of turmeric powder
  • 2 inches raw ginger
  • 1 orange peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Juice the lemon, carrot, turmeric, ginger, and orange in a juicer.
  • Mix in the honey and cayenne pepper.
  • Pour the mix into an ice tray and freeze until solid. Add 2 – 3 ice cubes into a glass of hot water and let melt to create an immunity shot.
