Ingredients
  

Minty Indian Yogurt Dressing: Yields 1 ½ cups

  • ¾ cup full fat plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp coriander
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ cup fresh mint julienned
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 3 tbsp of water more to thin to your preferred consistency
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Make your yogurt dressing. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and cover tightly with a lid and shake well.
  • Adjust with additional water to get your preferred consistency.
  • Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.
