Minty Indian Yogurt Dressing: Yields 1 ½ cups
- ¾ cup full fat plain yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp coriander
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ cup fresh mint julienned
- 1 lemon juiced
- 3 tbsp of water more to thin to your preferred consistency
- Salt and pepper to taste
Make your yogurt dressing. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and cover tightly with a lid and shake well.
Adjust with additional water to get your preferred consistency.
Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.
