- 2 tbsp butter dairy free if needed
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tsp flour gluten free if needed
- 2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, microwave butter for about 30 seconds or until melted
Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract; stir until mixture is a smooth liquid
Add flour and chocolate chips, mix until you have a doughy texture
Transfer cookie dough into a mug or ramekin and microwave on high for one minute
