  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheese of choice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • In a large mug, whisk together butter, egg, and milk.
  • Add tomatoes, spinach, and cheese, and any other mix-ins you want. Sprinkle in salt and pepper and stir.
