Garlic Shrimp in the Microwave

- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- Pinch of salt
- 1 lemon
Defrost your shrimp if it is frozen or peel and devein if fresh.
In a small bowl combine butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until the butter is melted and then mix.
Place shrimp into a microwave safe baking dish, pour butter mixture over shrimp, cover with a plate or plastic wrap and microwave on high for about 3 minutes or until the shrimp are pink.
Drizzle with juice from half a lemon and additional salt to taste.
