Garlic Shrimp in the Microwave

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Defrost your shrimp if it is frozen or peel and devein if fresh.
  • In a small bowl combine butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until the butter is melted and then mix.
  • Place shrimp into a microwave safe baking dish, pour butter mixture over shrimp, cover with a plate or plastic wrap and microwave on high for about 3 minutes or until the shrimp are pink.
  • Drizzle with juice from half a lemon and additional salt to taste.
