Ingredients
  

Fruit Salad

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or gently thawed from frozen
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 2 mandarins peeled and sliced
  • 4 Medjool dates pitted and sliced
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 handful edible rose petals
  • lime zest

Coconut Herb Sweet Dressing

  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • juice from ½ lime
  • 1 tsp mint finely chopped
  • 1 tsp basil finely chopped
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all your fruit for the salad and add the fruit to a serving bowl.
  • Whisk together the coconut milk, lime juice, maple syrup, mint, basil, and a pinch of salt.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Add the lime zest and rose petals over the top.
