1/2 cup cooked noodles 1 cup Chicken broth 1/2 cup Rotisserie chicken or leftovers from the night before! 3 tbsp Carrots 3 tbsp Celery 1 tbsp Parsley Salt and pepper to taste
In a microwave safe bowl, combine cooked noodles, chicken broth, chicken, carrots, celery and parsley.
Cover with a plate and microwave on high for about 5 minutes or until carrots and celery are tender.
Remove from the microwave, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
