- 1 cup frozen dragon fruit chunks
- 1 hibiscus tea bag (or 1 tsp dried hibiscus flowers)
- ¾ cup coconut water
- ½ lime for the juice
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 5 mint leaves adjust to taste
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- ice cubes
Steep the hibiscus tea bag in ½ cup hot water for 5–7 minutes. Remove tea bag and cool completely.
In a blender, add the cooled hibiscus tea, frozen dragon fruit, coconut water, lime juice, frozen banana, and mint, chia, and ginger.
Blend on high until smooth and frosty. If too thick, add a splash more coconut water.
Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
