Preheat your oven to a warm 375ºF and then bake ribs while whipping up a simple Korean Kalibi sauce. Remove the ribs and lather generously with sauce, slide back in the oven to broil for 3-5 minutes. Korean BBQ Beef on Crispy Wonton Chip
Soak the flank steak in the marinade overnight, remove from the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking to bring to room temperature. Cook wonton chips in a wok or in the deep fryer! Serve with warm apricot marmalade. Yummm!
