Giveaways are open to readers 18 years or older with U.S. or Canada shipping addresses only, unless otherwise stated. For Canadian winners, we reserve the right to provide an Amazon.ca gift card in lieu of the prize due to costs of shipping, product availability in Canada, and customs fees. For my international friends, you may enter and if you win, I am happy to send the prize to person of your choice with U.S. shipping address. In the event a prize is unavailable, Steamy Kitchen reserves the right to award a Amazon.com gift card for the value of the prize at time of publishing the giveaway in lieu of the product.

Winners will be notified by email after the entry deadline date. Winners must respond within 5 days of this notification or the prize will be forfeited. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically register and/or enter repeatedly is prohibited and all such entries will be disqualified.
Steamy Kitchen, LLC. is not responsible for any late or lost entries, electronic, hardware, Internet or other computer/communications related malfunctions, giveaway disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Steamy Kitchen, any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the giveaway or prizes lost in shipment.
Once prizes (including physical items or virtual gift cards) are sent, Steamy Kitchen is no longer responsible for them and does not have access to the prize or gift card to assist with any issues. For problems such as lost, inactive, non-functioning, or expired gift cards, please contact the customer service department of the brand or retailer that issued the gift card (e.g., Amazon, Target, etc.) directly. We are unable to replace or troubleshoot prize issues once they have been fulfilled.
All federal, state, local or international taxes and duties associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
