Today we will be sharing some tips with you on how to “expect more” from life so that you can begin to cultivate what makes you happy!

Expect more from life by letting go of expectations that are not yours. Live your life for yourself, not for someone else’s expectations of you. 

I feel like I say this a lot on here, but do what makes you feel happy, let go of what does not serve you. It is life changing when you begin to focus on the good and move on from the bad. Eventually, you begin to expect that every day is a good day.

Set the bar higher. When you find yourself wondering, “why am I not more” or you’re feeling disappointed in yourself, it’s probably because you haven’t adjusted your expectations in awhile. Set high expectations for yourself and you will meet them. 

Be nice! The more positive energy you send out into the world, the more you can expect to get it back. However, I don’t think this works if you are being nice only for the soul purpose of getting something in return. Be genuine and kind!
