Helping elderly relatives with things like yardwork, shopping, reminding them of important things like taking meds, voting days, etc
Moved into a new development and Made cookie gift baskets for all my neighbours.
My daughter is recovering from surgery and I went over and mowed her lawn and painted her front porch just to see her smile
I try to mail cards every month to the shut-ins from church. They love getting cards and a reminder that they are prayed for every day
My act of kindness is actually going to start with thinking about myself instead of everyone else in my life because I can’t be walked on if I don’t lie down in the floor.
Today I did a grocery run for my daughter who are sick with Covid.
I say hello to everyone at work
First I always smile at people a cross on the street and help whenever I can when I see somebody needs help
I spread kindness by paying for the car behind me order when doing a drive thru at a fast food restaurant
I make extra food for my dinners and bring it to our neighbors who I know just barely make ends meet. I always tell them how stupid I was to have made too much.

i spread kindness by leaving groceries in the lobby of our apartment complex to share with others and help each other. everyone here does what they can each month by participating in this cool way to help one another. its a great place to live. we even leave furniture clothes books and other items in the hall way and lobby to help each other. its a great sense of community here. people can take whatever they need to get by . and they can leave something for someone else.

I just finished painting 15 rocks of nurses with masks on to give to the nurses the next time I have to visit the facility. They work so hard and people can be so nasty to them.

Went to Little Caesars to order a pizza, and told the clerk that I was going to walk to the coffee shop for a coffee. Offered to get him one also and wouldn’t let him pay for it.

the kind thing I did today was to pick someone up at the bus depot and give them a ride to get groceries and then home.
