   I fry my eggs in two tablespoon of basil pesto. When it bubbles and egg is done to my perfection I place it on top of avocado. Nothing at all is added, no need.

    My favorite thing on toast is also under toast. Egg (from the carton),chopped ham, diced jalapeño, and fresh ground pepper between 2 slices of buttered 12 grain toast !!
