I got rid of my old, heavy sewing machine when we downsized to a small condo a few years ago. I’m not much of a seamstress, so I didn’t think I would miss it. However, there are so many repairs and slight alterations that can’t be done easily by hand, so I have indeed missed having a sewing machine. This Singer looks like it would be a perfect replacement.
