This is common if you are opening 40+ giveaways at once and trying to enter all at one time, as the system is designed to trigger a rate limit because it is typically unusual activity! If I have a card it would be nice as a pre paid Visa then I could it as cash almost anywhere…. otherwise cash is good then I could always bank it or save it for building into a larger amt. to buy whatever or do whatever I wanted with it.
