ManPans, the innovative American cookware manufacturer, has added to its line of sturdy, lightweight, flavor-neutral cooking pans with the introduction of the Asian Wok. With its notable deep sides and aluminum dome lid, the ManPans Asian Wok is ideal for steaming vegetables that reduce in volume while cooking.

The 13-inch Asian Wok features a large bowl (4.6 quarts) that is well-suited to Asian-style cooking. A flat bottom and ManPans’ signature lightweight, durable aluminum construction allow for fast, even heating, while the sloped sides support quick turning of stir-fry ingredients. As with all ManPans cookware, the Asian Wok is made from hard, anodized, food-grade aluminum and covered with a unique, proprietary Gem-X2 stick-resistant coating that is water-based and free of petroleum products and chemical solvents. ManPans’ surface coating is chemically inert and does not change the taste of food.
