The Chef’s Knife that I tried out is beautifully designed, like a race car. It’s sturdy, perfectly balanced. I’m a big fan of the blade! The knife is suited for people with large hands, my husband used the knife and it fit his hands perfectly.
For me, I have smaller hands, I prefer lighter weight knives with a smaller handle.
