Pasta Crate Review

 

A great gift for pasta lovers is a subscription to Pasta Crate, a monthly pasta delivery service. Pasta Crate sources handmade pastas from small producers in the U.S.A. who use organic and seasonal ingredients.

We sampled three different pastas from New York City’s Sfoglini Pasta Shop – each pasta was unique, handcrafted with organic semolina flour and water. We paired the fun Zucca (which is Italian for ‘pumpkin’) pasta with a creamy alfredo sauce and fresh peas.
