PubWare Unbreakable Glass Review & Giveaway

pubWare Review

pubWARE specializes in “synthetic glass”, glassware the feels like glass, looks like glass, but is unbreakable. It’s ideal not just for bars and restaurants, but at-home everyday use, especially those who like outdoor entertaining.

In just the past 6 years, we’ve replaced our stemware three times. We’re clumsy, we eat outside by the pool often, and have 2 kids and 2 dogs who knock things over. Plus, we’re lazy….we use the dishwasher to wash our wine glasses, instead of carefully hand washing.

I emailed pubWARE our Steamy Kitchen logo, and in just a few days, 4 stemless wine glasses arrived with the perfect etching. The glasses are heavy, as heavy as sturdy glassware. They feel like they are double-walled, and insulate like double-walled glasses. It’s kept my white wine colder, much longer than regular glass.

According to pubWARE, the glasses are BPA free, made in the USA and can withstand even commercial dishwashers. We’ve been using these glasses nearly daily, and with top-rack dishwasher cleaning. So far, no scratches, streaks, hazing or discoloration.

What I like about them is that they are elegant-looking. They don’t look like plastic. I also like that they’re microwave-safe – I’ve served hot tea in these stemless glasses, and like our Tervis Tumblers, they keep the tea hot.

Only time will tell if the pubWARE glasses will stay haze-free — our Tervis Tumblers all have scratches and haze-marks from daily use over time. Both Tervis and pubWARE is made from Tritan, and both offer a lifetime guarantee on their products. So, even if the glasses break or haze, I could send them back in for free replacement (which is what I do with Tervis.)

pubWare offers several different sizes, and each is customizable with your own images, logo or even initials.
