By bringing those recipes home, she hopes to spread the incredible cuisine that lines the streets with food carts and encourage a broader exploration of flavor.

Sarah Tiong was a contestant in the 2017 Masterchef Australia, earning a spot in the top six, and returns in 2020 for season 12. She started her own food stall, Pork Party, in Sydney Australia, and is a private chef, food event organizer, and traveling cook.
