Today I am with my mom trying out her new recipe for Chinese Buns with a Sweet Coconut Filling! She has been helping us try out a new Ankarsrum Mixer, which we will be hosting a giveaway for very soon!

For the egg salad lovers, this is my favorite way to chop hard boiled eggs, without squishing them!! Use a pastry blender / cutter to ensure a nice slice (without the smush)! This is my favorite pastry blender to use!
