I need to work on arm and shoulder strength and shoulder mobility. I had just decided this and found a Wonder Arm gadget (as seen on TV! although not by me as I don’t have TV) at a thrift store. It was priced at $5 but when I paid for it, it was half off. It works with resistance bands of which there are 3 with different strengths.
Could certainly use a little extra $$$
