I would purchase healthy food as it’s difficult these days for me to get good healthy food , also my son eats very healthy gym like not gym rat but does his best to be as healthy as possible and in the almost 21 years (knock on wood) he has maybe been sick a handful of times never hospitalized because of it.
Organic produce; shrimp & seafood fillets; beef stew meat, boneless chicken breasts & pork country ribs for shredded BBQ ❣️
